How Do I monitor Their Work?

Our clients receive a daily report which outlines both the assigned tasks-and the deliverables. The onsite Operations Manager supervises the daily activities that have been assigned to our VAs . In addition to daily evaluations, we also provide weekly coaching. Should a VA be unable to complete a task for any reason, we can immediately fill the position with a competent replacement –ensuring that the project continues without a hitch.

How Do I get Started Working With YVA?

Simply contact us for a consultation. At this meeting, you'll tell us what you need, and when you need it. Then we'll give you a quote for the job you have specified. Although you are never obligated to use our service--we're confident that you'll immediately see the benefits of having a VA in your business.

How Much Do I need to Set Up a YVA Account For My Business?

Once we have a signed agreement, you'll be invoiced for the set up cost. Then you can choose the plan that best meets your needs and your budget. The set up cost is just $350 and includes agent training, equipment and software. It also comes with 10 free hours of VA service.

How Much Will It Cost Me To Hire Your VAs ?

The amount you pay depends upon the amount of work to be assigned. Our Maxi Plan is best suited to those who need a full time assistant on a weekly basis. You always have the option of buying additional hours if you need to. For those who have only the occasional (or part time) need for an assistant, we recommend the Flexi Plan. This plan allows you to pre-pay the hours you will need and use in a month. Contact us for specific pricing on your next project.

When Do I Pay the Set Up Cost?

That's your call. However, the sooner you sign up, the sooner we can help you.

How Do I Pay YVA?

Payments can be made through Paypal or our Merchant Account.

When Does VA Service Start?


Once the set up fee has been processed, it normally takes one week for service to begin. This gives your VA time to get familiar with your business, review your objectives and plan a successful strategy for the completion of tasks.

What Hours Do VAs Work?

They will adapt to your schedule--however, most clients need their assistants to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

We can assist you from sending the package to the banks and doing the follow-up with them until the Short Sale is approved.
