The Virtual Attache Maxi Plan

Your virtual assistant will work the number of hours you have requested, based on the plan you select. If you hire an assistant at a set amount of hours and wish to increase those hours, let us know and we will add this time to your account and bill you for the additional time.

You can hire your assistant on either a part time or full time basis. Full time virtual assistants work for you 8 hours per day, 5 days a week for a total of 40 hours. Part time assistants work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week for a total of 20 hours. You can choose the plan that best meets your needs.


The Virtual Attache Flexi Plan

This plan is perfect for you if you're not sure how much help you will need. The flexi plan allows you to pre-pay for the hours that you think you'll use up in a month. You are free to buy additional hours on an “as needed” basis-to be used for those times when you know you need an assistant. Partial hours are charged in 10 minute increments.

We will save you more time by doing the calls in your behalf so you can still work on other part of your business that requires your full attention and expertise.

Short Sales

It is believed that this year (2010 - 2015) is the year of Short Sales, thus our Virtual Assistant service can be beneficial to you. We can assist you from sending the package to the banks and doing the follow-up with them until the Short Sale is approved. We can also call your clients and relay the information so we can provide the bank or lender the documents they need to ensure faster process and eventually be approval of the Short Sales.
